Cron que so roda quando o servidor reinicia? para inciar os shoutcast automatico

Olá !
estou com uma duvida, seria possivel, uma cron, que seja possivel configurar no cpanel, que so rode quando o servidor e reiniciado?
pois sempre que eu reinicio meu servidor, eu preciso iniciar as radios, em um sistema que eu fiz, entao queria fazser uma cron, pra iniciar auto, seria possivel?
