Oi Pessoal,
Mais uma vez recorro a ajuda dos mais experientes.
Um cliente me perguntou sobre a possibilidade de mudar a máscara de criação de arquivos. Como não desejo mexer na configuração padrão do servidor, resolvi fuçar a internet procurando uma solução. Encontrei a função umask(), mas não sei a mesma atende ao cliente e além disso tem avisos de segurança sobre seu uso no manual do php...
Agradeço qualquer dica.

"If you customer wants to use umask in php script, then it is better to create the file first and then change the permission using chmod.
If they want to set umask in their shell, they can refer the link:
