Help
Ola amigos, recebi um novo servidor linux cpanel hoje, e ao recompilar o apache para os módulos que o whmcs precisa e ao tenta-lo instalar, me retorna a seguinte mensagem:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxxxx.com.br and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

O que pude verificar em outros sistemas também está com o mesmo problema, alguem poderia ajudar?

Pode ser permissão de arquivos.
Mas, de uma olhada no logs de erros do apache e veja o que aparece lá.

Verifica se ao término da instalação você não utilizou o suPHP como Handler e ao invés disso na configuração antiga você estava utilizando DSO ou CGI.
WHM -> Configure PHP and SuExec -> PHP 5 Handler
