Como resolver este erro : httpd failed......Failure Reason: Unable to connect to port 80

Olá pessoal, alguém pode me ajudar a resolver este erro abaixo ?
Recebo em média uns 60 emails automáticos todos os dias do Cpanel com esta mensagem de erro :

httpd failed @ Mon Apr 11 11:47:54 2011. A restart was attempted automagically.
Service Check Method: [tcp connect]

Failure Reason: Unable to connect to port 80

Como resolver ?

Tente recompilar o apache e veja se resolve.

Analise os logs, antes de recompilar.
