Parece que a Burst teve um problema interno na Rede Elétrica, porém há mais de 8 horas eles não respondem tickets.
Alguém e vocês tem servidor lá e está passando por este problema ?

Tenho server la e todos estao online.

Somente 1 VPS esta fora, recebi aviso por e-mail enviado por eles que o VPS estaria offline.

Meus tickets respondem normalmente.

This afternoon, the newest UPS system (installed in 1ST QTR 2011) in our Scranton PA facility malfunctioned. This caused huge spikes throughout the power grid, and led to some loads being dropped in the facility. We are currently running without UPS power in a portion of the facility to bypass the problematic UPS, as we await the arrival of repair technicians to resolve the problem. There may be additional temporary losses of power until the issue is repaired and we are very sorry for any inconvenience.

Please allow some time for us to restart servers that lost power. If service remains offline for one hour, update this ticket and the first available technician will assist you. Also, if service is restored, we ask that you kindly close the ticket. This will greatly assist us in distinguishing outstanding problems from those that have already been addressed.

O problema deles foi normalizado por volta das 23 horas, horario de Brasilia.
E foi em apenas em um de seus DCs, eles tem uns 3 no EUA, fora na Europa agora.
